DELIVERY

Please note that each order for a made to measure item will take around 2-3 weeks to create and deliver to you. If you need to receive your headpiece sooner, please phone or email us after you place your order so that we can give it a priority status.

SHIPPING

Postage & packaging for all hats is £18 for an overnight UK delivery service and a signature will be required.

PACKAGING

We aim to send all orders in a hatbox where possible, for this reason we will send each order separately. If you would like us to send more than one item together please contact us to discuss packaging options and pricing.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All our hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to order at our studio in St James's, London. For this reason we are unable to accept returns on made to measure items. We do however want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your headpiece does not match or exceed your expectations, please don't hesitate to phone the studio on 020 7839 8927.

Other stock items for sale in the shop are returnable within a 7 working day period. We would ask that you email us within 48hrs of receipt of any purchase to arrange the return. Once the goods are back with us we will refund the full purchase price. We are not liable for the original delivery costs or the return cost unless there is an error on our part or any fault with the goods. The item must be returned, unworn and in perfect condition.
