The Queen, right on trend in a lime green coat with a printed crepe de chine dress by Stuart Parvin, used this year's Royal Ascot as an opportunity to introduce a newcomer in the royal hat stakes. Her matching lime medium size, bell-brim-style hat, decorated with silk peonies, was designed by the young milliner, Rachel Trevor-Morgan.
