All our hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to order at our studio in St James's, London. For this reason we cannot accept returns. We want you to look and feel absolutely gorgeous on your wedding day so if your headpiece does not match or exceed your expectations, please don't hesitate to contact Rachel personally at the studio so that she can discuss your requirements and provide a different design or replacement piece.

Please note that each order will take around 2-3 weeks to create and deliver to you. If you need to receive your headpiece sooner, please phone or email us after you place your order so that we can give it a priority status.
